These Terms and Conditions govern the use of posao.de and all services provided through the site to candidates and employers.
By using the site, registering an account, or accessing any part of the content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

posao.de is an online job marketplace that enables candidates to create profiles or CVs and apply for jobs, and enables employers to publish job postings and review candidate profiles.
The service is provided as a commercial service. Some features may be free of charge, while others may be paid, such as featured postings or additional access options for employers.
2. Account registration
Certain features require registration of a user account.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, update that information if it changes, and keep your username and password confidential.
You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect misuse, you must notify us immediately.
3. Candidate obligations
As a candidate, you agree to provide truthful and up-to-date information in your profile or CV, not to upload unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content, not to enter third-party data without consent, and not to use the site for spam or unsolicited offers.
The site does not guarantee that publishing a profile or applying for a job will result in employment or any job offer.
4. Employer obligations
As an employer, you agree to publish job postings that are truthful, clear, and compliant with applicable laws, especially anti-discrimination laws.
You must not publish unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate content. Candidate data may be used only for purposes directly related to selection and recruitment.
You are responsible for your job postings and communication with candidates.
5. Prices and payments
If certain site features are paid, the specific prices, duration, and scope of the service will be shown before an order is concluded.
By ordering a paid service, you accept the stated price and payment terms. Invoices and payment confirmations may be provided electronically, for example by email or through your account.
Payment methods may include PayPal, cards, and bank transfer.
Consumer withdrawal rights apply within the scope of applicable law. For digital services provided immediately after an order, withdrawal rights may be limited or excluded according to law, and you will be informed during the purchase process.
6. Intellectual property

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example if laws, case law, or site functionality changes.
The updated version will be published on this page with the relevant effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are published is considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a business within the meaning of German law, disputes are subject to the court responsible for our place of business.
If you act as a consumer resident in the EU, statutory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules apply.
